Overall Thoughts of Great Low Carb Bread Company. Overall, the products aren't horrible. I really tried to be as objective as I could considering I have a gluten sensitivity. My family doesn't eat keto as I do, but they do eat what I cook and if it's a full keto dish then they eat it. So, the noodles were the biggest letdown of the family.

Tasty bread. This is the first type of bread I tried from Great Low Carb Bread Co. I was not displeased. It ha a yeasty taste and is satisfying. The slices are smaller than regular bread, but that that does not bother me in the least. It has only one net carb per slice and that is a real boon. Great bread! Makes low carb eating even easier. Doesn’t toast as well as traditional bread, but for sandwiches, you will be very happy. Good texture, good flavor. I have never had a bad experience with any product from GLCBC!
